Our winter season has begun. We will up date our reports on a regular basis. Yesterday we were out in Glencoe. Fresh snow had fallen above 600 m and the freezing level was approximately 850 m. A lull in the weather made for pleasant walking. No ice was to seen but the low grade gullies in Stob Coire nan Lochan look complete for some early season snow adventures.
It is early days but a base is developing well.
